Customer: Customer refers to the potential customer viewing our services.
Client: The customer will be referred to as client when a booking is confirmed.
General Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of the proposal provided to you by LCC is taken as confirmation that you have read, understood and accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Enquiry
The enquiry period begins from the moment a potential customer notices our advertising through to the date of completion of the Enquiry Form (Thanks For Connecting With Us) available on our website.
You are to enquire with LCC about availability for your wedding date via an Enquiry Form found on our connect page of the website.
Booking Process
The Booking Process starts from the moment a customer completes the Enquiry Form through to all tasks completed in the Booking Process and the Refundable Deposit being paid.
Booking Date
At the point of enquiry and follow up meeting you will be given verbal confirmation that the date is tentatively held for you for seven (7) days subject to you completing two tasks outlined below. We will then send communication to you with information regarding two tasks that you are to complete in order to secure your wedding date with us:
Up to two Booking Forms to complete (depending on what services we are supplying you)
Information to pay a Non-Refundable Booking Fee.
In order to secure your wedding date (subject to completing the booking process) with us you are required to complete these two tasks within the seven (7) day period. If the seven (7) day period lapses, the date that has been tentatively held for you will become available to another customer.
Your Unique Laneway Proposal
Once the above tasks have been completed in full LCC will then send you a Unique Laneway Proposal including information pertaining to any Legal Documents, Quotation, Terms and Conditions etc to peruse, check and ensure no mistakes have been made.
Legal Documentation: It is a requirement of you (the customer) to ensure that the Legal Documents attached to the Unique Laneway Proposal are correct and truthful as per the Terms and Conditions outlined. You signing the Proposal indicates that the Legal Documents are correct (without mistake) and truthful.
The Unique Laneway Proposal will have a seven (7) day period to accept. You can sign and accept the proposal online.
The Unique Laneway Proposal will have a payment attached to it. At this point, you are required to pay a Refundable Deposit (as per Refundable Deposit Terms and Conditions Outlined Below) within Seven (7) Days of acceptance of the Proposal.
LCC includes three acceptance ticks that the client is to accept prior to signing in the Unique Laneway Proposal as follows:
I have read the proposal, it is accurate and truthful including all legal documents.
I have read the terms and conditions of Laneway Collective Company and understand and accept them.
I consent to providing Laneway Collective Company photographs/video of my wedding/event and consent to the photographs/video being used for promotional purposes.
Booking Process Complete - Booking Date Secured
Once all tasks have been completed including the final tasks of accepting the Unique Laneway Proposal and Paying the Refundable Deposit. Your Booking Date will be secured.
Planning
The planning period begins from the date of completion of the Booking Process through to the date of your wedding.
Once the Booking Process has been completed, you will be given instructions regarding Planning for your wedding.
Wedding Date
The Wedding Date is the date that LCC will provide the services that have been engaged.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
At the point of booking the customer is to pay a non refundable booking fee.
Refundable Deposit Payment:
See Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions Below for Refunds.
At the point of acceptance of the quotation, the customer is to pay:
If the total quotation is $2000.00 or less the customer shall pay the full amount.
If the total quotation is $2000.01 or greater the customer shall pay a $2000.00 deposit.
Along with the acceptance of the quotation, it is a requirement for the deposit to be paid within 7 days of acceptance to secure the booking.
Final Invoice:
At the point of 28 days prior to the event the customer shall be invoiced a Final Invoice and required to pay the full amount if any, less: the booking fee and less the deposit paid
The Final Invoice is a requirement to be paid within the terms of the invoice or you may incur a late payment fee or LCC’s involvement in the event may be at risk.
Supplementary Invoice:
Within 7 days following the event the customer shall be invoiced any agreed extras and outstanding payments, if any in supplementary invoice.
Low Interest Financing:
We partner with Handypay who offers low interest (lower than the major banks) and low fee finance for amounts between $2,000 and $75,000. We do not receive any commissions or incentives from Handypay.
The client can apply for a loan through our website under the Celebrate Now Pay Later tab.
Invoicing shall occur in the same manner as above with Handypay paying the first invoice from us.
Repayment Plans:
We offer a simple and easy to set up repayment plan for payments under $2000.
Repayment plans can occur weekly or monthly and will conclude (paid in full) 28 days prior to the customers event.
LCC will work out the recurring payments schedule (number of payments scheduled between the first payment and final payment - 28 days prior to the event) and the total dollar value per equal repayment and arrange with the customer for approval.
Recurring payments shall be calculated by dividing the total quotation less the booking fee by the number of repayments within the recurring payments schedule.
The repayments include these administration fees:
$2.00 administration fee per recurring weekly repayment (rounded down to the nearest whole dollar)
$8.00 administration fee per recurring monthly repayment (rounded down to the nearest whole dollar)
Other Fees
General Administration Fee = $59.00
Price Increase Terms and Conditions
Price Increase
LCC will increase all Experience Package prices yearly on the 1st of September by 5% unless stated otherwise.
Add On: Extras may be increased. This will be at the discretion of LCC.
The new price will be rounded up to the nearest $10.00 increment.
A booking made prior to September 1st will secure the original prices (prior to the increase) if the Non-Refundable Booking Fee is paid in full prior to September 1st. If the Booking Fee is paid after September 1st the increased prices will be included in the quotation.
All bookings made after September 1st will include the increased prices.

Special Day Surcharge:
A Special Day Surcharge of 20% of the total booking price applies and is added on to the quotation (after any add on discounts and extras are applied) when a date of the wedding falls on one of the following dates listed below:

Laneway Legends Terms and Conditions
Entry
Anyone is entitled to enter the giveaway.
One entry into the monthly giveaway can occur by doing one of the below and having your entry validated by point 3 and 4:

On Social Media: Tag us - @lanewaycollective.co in a social media post where someone is looking for the services we offer. Take a screenshot of that tag and upload the screen shot below via the ‘Upload Photo’ button.
Word of Mouth 1: Tell a friend or family member about us if they are looking for the services we offer. If they list you as the person who referred them in their booking enquiry with us then we will enter you into the draw.
Word of Mouth 2: Take a photo with anyone you meet (friend, family or stranger) with both you and the other person in the photo and some sort of Laneway Advertising (you could hold up a business card or flyer, show the website, if you are at a wedding we have been a part of and you take a sneaky photo from in the crowd with all these elements then that’s great) Then upload the photo via the button below:

Professional Wedding Photos:
The client will be provided with one entry per professional wedding photo provided and given to LCC for promotion purposes.
Validation of the entries:
Entry Time Period:
Monthly Entries will be open for submission at 12:01am on the 1st of the month and end at 11:59pm on the last day of the month. Entries outside of this period will be included in a different months draw.
Your entry is validated providing you Like/Follow us on one or all of our three Social Platforms - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
Each month we will give away $250 to one person who has entered the giveaway competition.
The draw will be at random on the first Saturday of each month.
The winner will be broadcast to our Website and Social Platforms.
The Winner will be required to make contact with LCC within the following three (3) weeks of the draw to claim the prize and provide LCC with bank transfer details to safely and securely transfer the funds into the bank account.
LCC will ask the winner to take part in the next monthly draw and help choose a winner.
Promotion and Discount Terms and Conditions
All LCC promotions and discounts exclude these items (these items can not be discounted):
Travel Charges
Accommodation Charges
Flight or other modes of transportation Charges.
External Vendor Charges.
Where a promotion/discount is advertised by LCC it will exclude discounts to the above points and will be listed below with added information:
Helpful Hudson Discount:
Discount total = 10% off booking (excluding the above points)
Date/s: ongoing.
How to claim: To claim the discount, the client must have completed the Booking Form and paid the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and the client must engage two or more Experience Packages with LCC. LCC will automatically apply this discount if two or more Experience Packages are engaged.

Laneway Launch Promo:
Discount total = 25% off booking (excluding the above points)
Date/s: available between these dates and times - 12:01 am on September 1st 2021 to 11:59pm on December 31st 2021.
How to claim: This discount is available to all bookings within the timeframe outlined above and the client must have completed the Booking Form and paid the Non-Refundable Booking Fee before or within the timeframes outlined above. If these conditions are satisfied, the promotion discount will be automatically added to the quotation.
Other Add On: Discounts:
There are other Add On Discounts available as highlighted on the Experience Package pages via the website. All information for these discounts are highlighted in the Show More venue buttons.
Maximum Discount Limit:
Discounts can be stacked on top of each other to a maximum of 70% total discount.
Once the 70% total discount limit has been reached there can be no other discounts added even if the client is entitled to further discounts.
Cancellation/Postponement and Refund Terms and Conditions
Cancellations/Postponements:
Refunds are only available via the refund terms below if the event is cancelled as indicated below:
If the event or our service involvement is cancelled by or on behalf of LCC, the client is entitled to a full refund of payments received.
If the event is cancelled by any other means, outside of LCC’s control, the client is entitled to a refund of payments received as per the refund terms below.
Refunds are not available if the event is postponed as indicated below:
If the event is postponed, the client’s payments will be secured and held by LCC until a new booking is organised at a later date. No fees shall be incurred for this holding period.
If the new date is beyond September 1st (Price Increase Date) the booking will be subject to the increased prices and the client will be required to pay the difference prior to the event.
The client must do everything in their power to ensure that our involvement in the new date can occur however, If the postponement date finds that a clash of dates with other LCC bookings is inevitable, the client can request a refund of payments received as per the refund terms below however a refund in this case is at the discretion of LCC.
Refund:
Refunds are processed following an agreement between LCC and the client is made regarding a refund, this may be in the form of a written request, phone call request or face to face request and is at the discretion of LCC to determine the appropriate avenue.
If the client requests a refund, the date that the client requested the refund shall be the date in question below.
The client is entitled to a refund of the payments received - deposit and final invoice payments (not the Non-Refundable Booking Fee) if the event is cancelled or LCC’s services are not needed and the client requests the refund as per the timeframes outlined below as follows:
Greater than 29 days from the first date of the event – 100% refund of payments received (less administration fee)
Within 28 days from the first date of the event – 90% refund of payments received (less administration fee)
Within 21 days from the first date of the event – 70% refund of payments received. (less administration fee)
Within 14 days from the first date of the event – 50% refund of payments received. (less administration fee)
Within 7 days from the first date of the event – 30% refund of payments received. (less administration fee)
Within 48 hours from 8:00am on the first date of the event – 20% refund of payments received (less administration fee)
Within 24 hours from 8:00am on the first date of the event – 10% refund of payments received (less administration fee)
On the day of the event the client cannot be issued a refund, their payments will be forfeit.
General Administration Fee = $59.00
Live Stream Video Terms and Conditions
Live Stream Video Feed Understanding: A live stream feed is one that carries a high level of risk, in particular - that the feed may experience unexpected issues due to a number of factors that may or may not be within the operators control. A live video feed is one that is unable to be edited/unable to retake a scene (as is with an advertising video where many retakes can be made until the desired product is achieved) thus making it a one shot only option. With this knowledge, it is understood that there are many risks involved with a Live Stream Video Feed.
Our Technology Set Up: We use some of the best technology that is available on the market to provide the live stream video feed to your guests who can’t make it along to the physical ceremony. We provide some of the best equipment available because we want to take all care and effort that we can possible do prior to the event in order to achieve a desired outcome on the day. This technology includes but not limited to:
Wireless Rode Microphones.
Cameras that are minimum 10 megapixels and offer 4k resolution.
High speed computer/mobile device.
When needed - A reliable Cellular Data/Wifi Router Device.
Internet Connection: All live stream videos rely on a steady and fast internet connection. If we are unable to connect to a high quality internet connection onsite we will inevitably need to connect to a cellular data internet connection that we provide. Whilst all care and effort (including high quality technology as listed above) is taken into account, the internet connection is one of the main reasons why a live stream video feed may fail or operate at a low quality. Due to the unforeseen circumstances regarding this, we are unable to provide assurance that the connection is going to operate at a high quality that we believe it should. We can however provide assurance that we will do everything possible to ensure that it will operate at a high standard.
Risk: There is an element of risk involved with a live stream set up, mainly not operating at a high quality when needed. Whilst all care and effort is taken into account prior to the event and during the event and the knowledge and understanding of a live stream video feed being that it is unable to be edited/unable to retake a scene we can not offer any refunds if the live video feed is not of the quality that the client anticipated.
